I had a great experience before the hurricane Ike with this complex. Great management, good maintenance, nice tenants, well-kept complex. Management followed strictly the rules and was very helpful after the hurricane with paying the remaining rent.
However a lot of construction is going on after the hurricane according to what I hear, since I had to move out. Apparently it has been pretty noisy all day.

I lived on this property and they lied about having snakes and centipeds on the property centipeds in the apts by lagoon on first floor!

Centipedes???? Uh Duh.....there is a lagoon.....your gonna have wildlife including grass snakes.
