I've lived here for a year, since August of 2008. The office staff, manager and the Leasing Agent are top notch. Both are friendly and smile and greet every resident as they come into the office. Any apartment problems, or items to be fixed is completed with 48 hours; most time within an hour. The entire complex, after the hurricane, has gone through a full property up-grade, as have all the first floor apartments. It's a pleasure living here with the staff, which I call "family." Best overall on the island.
