I lived at william B travis from 1990 until the end of 2001, I loved my stay up until September 2001 the owner and the management changed and things fell apart we could no longer get service. The ex manager was available to us 24 hours a day and always easy to reach and always sent staff when we had a problem in our apartment. The new manager was never in her office, her assistant smokes cigars and she smokes cigarettes in the office I have alergies and got sick. The apartments and the yard were so clean before when the manager that was here for years but when I moved out it was nasty and trashed. I went by there last week the wood fence is falling down, people playing loud music and lottering outside and I saw people working on the cars in the parking lot and drinking. It has gone down to the point it does not look safe and it looks like its aged 20 years since the new people came. It was well lighted at night before now its all dark and scary the new young manger and her asistant don't care in my opinion.
