I am the new Managing Agent for the subject property. I challenge the "reviewer" to substantiate the review given. The writer is most likely a lease breaker who did not like new management policies against the very items being complained about.
We are proud of the improvements and upgrades made at this property, and have photographic evidence of the writers gross misrepresentations. Any rental prospect is welcome to review documents and photos that prove the reviewer is grossly misrepresenting the situation. Unlike the reviewer, I will give my name.
