The amenities are next to none. No pool, workout room, playground etc. but it was not designed that way. More for singles or adult only families. It used to be a Catholic elementary school some 25 years ago. In the main building the door to your apartment is inside creating a warm environment likened to a hotel entrance. The floor plans in the main building (renovated school) are very nice with high ceilings. The walls are thicker than in most apartment complexes. I moved out after 11 years because management kept changing and my rent kept going up every year for 4 years in a row. I liked it because it is a small complex, only about 50 units. I have no experience in the any of the add-on buildings apartments.
