Seasons Resort 57% Recommended May 04 2008: I lived here for almost 3 years and my partner and I loved it, very roomy unit, wonderful location, great price and very quite. The staff their have always been sweet and polite. We moved only because we moved out The Park At Cedar Lawn 50% Recommended May 03 2008: Overall the complex is pretty nice. The Apartment was clean upon moving in. The few issues I have had maintence was good about fixing them in a timely fashion. Utilities seem a little high each month, but not too bad. Residence at West Beach (formerly Gentle Gale) 78% Recommended May 03 2008: Newport at West Beach is a great place to live- the size and location of the complex make it very convenient - it is within 2 minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, not to mention the seawall is about 2 blocks The Park At Cedar Lawn 50% Recommended May 02 2008: This place is awesome, these people are probably the ones i have met moving out...aka white trash at its finest. This building was built in the 1930's so if your looking for a California condo move on, and don't ruin Driftwood Apartments 73% Recommended May 01 2008: My husband and I filled out an application and paid a $35 processing fee. The employee informed us that there were several other prospective renters and we should put a deposit down to "hold" the apartment. So we put down |
