Current 5 Year Resident - Over the last 5 years I have seen managers come and managers go from Seaside. However, when Amy took over a couple years ago this place really got back on track. A little disappointed... I haven't lived here for a long time, but I was just a little shocked at all the silverfish that I see everywhere. I've talked to a few of the other tenants, and they have them too.
Also, the elevator seems to break everytime someone moves in or out.
