DO NOT put any money down for an apartment besides the $24 credit check. They denied me due to a 3 year old misdemeanor charge against my husband (this is after spending hours trying to apply). It seems to me they are desperate for money and prefer to keep the "redecorating" charge or mail it to you within 3 weeks. Their hands are in their pockets but when it comes time to return your money it is one excuse after another. If you are contemplating renting here, please reconsider. The outside has a lot to be desired, and the staff needs to be re-assessed. From what I have seen, 99% of the reviews posted above are to be taken seriously and are not exaggerated. I believe I might have deterred a prospective tenant I ran into while leaving. PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR DECISION TO RENT HERE!!!
