I was ripped. The gym is perpetually in taters, because the other residents think it's funny to trash it, and the community is scarry at night any more. One day they decided to have a special of $399 on the appartment I'm paying $560 for and, introduce the problems. I don't feel safe anymore and YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL SAFE EITHER IF YOU LIVE HERE, in my opinion. When my lease came up for renewal they told me they could not give me the $399 special and that they had to raise it $10 for this ghetto-style appartment home. NO THANKS!
