They really need to clean this place up and get rid of the scum (human and insects) that seem to be everywhere. My first day there I was greeted by the biggest roach I've ever seen in my life. They really have problems with those big flying roaches. Then you have the human scum hanging around outside at all hours. There is a huge parking problem in the section where I live. They assign you one parking spot, usually as far away from your units as possible. There is no visitor parking within 300 yeard of my building. The place has poor lighting, no security and is plain nasty. I swear the only people giving this place good reviews probably work for the complex
