Most of the people that gripe and whine about noise seem very unrealistic. If you live in large apt complex there are bound to be some noisy people. What would you have the management do'' They can send out letters and stuff, but most people don't listen.
I liked living at the Pavillion. I have lived there twice and moved out last year to be closer to work.
Yes it has become more hoodrat since the first time I lived there, but I am not a self absorbed nosy neighbor that looks at everyone who is a different color than me as a criminal.
Yes there is crime everywhere. No one is safe. I have lived only in Far north Dallas and compared to south Dallas i'll take my chances.
When I moved out of the pavillion I got almost all of my deposite back. i didn't really have any maintenance issues, maybe one or 2 in 9 months.
I did hate the fact that they had 6 pools and only opened 3 and the pools were crowded most of the time or dirty, but I dont swim very much.
It was a good deal for the price and bug free. The cabniets need to be replaced or updated. The parking is no longer assigned so the parking issues that were there are gone. It is a good deal in a great neighborhood.

I Just moved in and love it -- The apartment I came from was a total crap shoot compared to this apartment complex -- Also like living closer to my family -- People are also nicer in this area -- I came from North Dallas close to Plano and everyone was stuck up.

These apartments are flat out horrible now. It is now 2009 and things have gone down-hill.
