Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have been here for 1 years and the place was ok until the past
4 months. Near the pool people will talk until 3 Am in the morning
keeping most of the complex unit awake. Now I am having some
new upstair neighbours with kids playing basketball in the apart
from 5 PM until 11PM EVERYDAY!!. I called the Apart manager 3
times ! They sent 2 warning notices but not improvement at all!! They advised me to talk to the security guard on duty which I did. But I am still having disturbances. Called again & talked to 2 different Apart Manager and nobody really care. I am paying $800 with the utilities which is expensive for a place that "NOISY".
