i lived here about 10 years ago with my dad, when everything was gated nice and safe, i thought it would be the same.. but oh was i wrong!


this place has pissed me off so many times!


the parking is horrible i have to park two buildings down from my own building and
with me being female havein to park so far at night is sooooo scary, i just run to my apt.

they added new car ports that are made out of plywood and there supposed to be enough room for 4 cars to park there but there are actually only enough room for 2 cars. and when they "re-striped" the car ports instead of sand blasting off the old lines they just painted a grey line over the old line and painted a new white line.

mostly everyone who lives here doesnt know how to park inside the lines so they just double park.

the only way you can get a parking space in front of your building is park during the morning or day.

ill call maintance and they never come!

the wall outside my apt is leakin some brown crap and its gross!

there are boxes and trash bags on top of bushes,around the dumpster, in the parking and once there was an empty case of beer sitting right outside my walkway with empty beers in and outside of the box, it was there for 2 days!

the staff is nice and act like they car but they really dont.

the light on my building that hits the street flickers on and off.

there are huge pot holes at the entrance, which they tried to cheaply fix but it didnt hold up for less then a week.

there are some many alley cats that live outside, and they love to sleep on peoples cars, which leaves the car with scratches all over the place!

this place has ruined my car!
with the cats scrathing it, door dings due to the horrible parking, and little white dots of paint ALL OVER my car, which is from the white over-spray from when they were painting the shity car ports. AND I PARKED MY CAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE PAINTING AREAS AND SOME HOW WHITE PAINT STILL GOT ON MY BLACK CAR! (and by the way, they said it was not their problem)

there is dog ---- every where.

i always see cops drving around here with their lights off at night.

sometimes the water will be all brown and gross, or they will turn off the hot water or turn off ALL OF THE WATER with out any notice

it was once a gated community, but they riped out all the gates and just left the fences. they told me when i asked them about it.. "we do not want to spend that much money on fixing the gates" so i guess instead they build crappy car ports that you have to pay $20 a month for.

and for the last miny horror story.
the guy who lived above me who also was a total -------, moved out. but not because of our fights. it was because one day the electric went out and quickly came back up for the entire building. but when the electrc went out, i blew out ALL of his electronics. im talkin about dvd player, HD tvs, computer, EVERYTHING! the apts would not do anything for him nor would the power box company. so he left the next day.


im done. i cant wait till dec! im moving out! and never coming back!

I got a different story about the gates they lied and told me they were waiting for someone to come and fix them. They have money to have parties and buy a flat screen to have footbal watching parties on monday but not to ensurwe their residents safety.

This place has really gone down hill in recent years. It went from being one of the nicest in the area to one of the worst. Combining three complexes into one was just a huge mistake.
