I have lived here three years and things are ok. i dont have a problemm with noise i dont care if they never open the pool. Resident services suck. Especially that black dude that sits at the front desk he always have a damn attuide. I have never seen any roaches. My toilet needs to be fixed at least once a month. But my apartment is a nice size and rent is pretty good. i have seen the new prices n they are ridicilous. Who r the trying to appeal to' There r three apartments around me that has been empty for six months.No one wants to pay ur jacked up prices. We r hard working people who wants to save money. I came home the other day and they had a now leasing sound for $488. I thought it was so damn funny. Itw time for me to renew my lease they tried to lease me there new remolded apartment for $700 my rent is $469 yea right. I like it nice and cheap when the were the pavillions. I have no problem with this place. Just the new mangement. Its up to u. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
