My boyfriend and I have lived here since October, and we don't really have any complaints. We lucked out and got our 2 BR for the price of a 1 BR because it was listed wrong in their available inventory. We live at the back of the complex where it butts up against the alley way of single family homes. It is very quiet and parking is not a problem where our unit is located. The pool is nice where we are, but it could use a little maintenance. Management has always been nice for the most part. (I can think of one exception and I think it's the same man mentioned in a previous review.) Our toilet and dishwasher had to be repaired right after we moved in, but it was done promptly when we called. All in all, I would definately recommend Advenir.

Just wait, I give you six months before you hate this place and want to moved. Their always nice to new residents its the old ones they treat like ----.
