Definitely Not Worth It

I absolutely hate these apartments. My husband and I have lived there for about two years and the new management is horrible. We cannot wait to move out. We have had some many problems with them - mold, bugs, neighbors, etc.
They are disgusting and the worst apartments I have had to be in and they are getting steadily worse. We knew we weren't going to get that great of an apartment for the rent we were paying but it's just not worth it. We never expected it to be THIS bad.

I completely disagree, I have lived here for 4 years and I never had a problem, management has been very nice to me even when you can actually see how busy they are, my neighbors are adorable, we help each other when we needed hell I've had received cookies from one of them :), I guess it really depends on how you handle things as how they come back to you, I haven't seen any bugs in my apartment and I do know that they have pest control twice a week, my kids have enjoyed the activities and I've made good friends, the apartment is amazing and the price that I'm paying is practically a steal.
Since the new management took over I saw so many improvements, they are now changing landscaping and painting the apartments.

DONT DO IT!!!!! I LIVED THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND MY APT WAS IN THE SAME CONDITIONS WHEN I MOVED IN AS IT WAS WHEN I VIEWED IT. I HAD NO COLD WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND THE PRESSURE WAS LOW. I HAD NO COVERS OVER MY ELECTRICAL SOCKET FOR ABOUT TWO MONTH AND I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN. THE PLUMBING WAS HORRIBLE AND MY WATER PRESSURE IN MY TOILETS WOULD RISE SO HIGH AS IF THEY WERE ABOUT TO OVERFLOW AND THAT WAS WITH THE WATER LEVEL TURNED TO LOW...ALSO THE MAINTENANCE CREW WOULD ALWAYS NEED TO GET INTO MY APARTMENT TO UNSTOP THE APT DOWNSTAIRS FROM ME WHICH MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME STAYS FLOODED..I GUESS THAT IS WHY IT STAYED VACANT FOR SIX MONTHS AND IT STILL WASNT FIXED WHEN THEY LET A FAMILY MOVE IN ..POOR FAMILY....I AM SURE THEY HAVE PROBABLY MOVED BY NOW.THIS APT WAS HORRIBLE AND THE LEAKS IN THE CEILING AND DIPS IN THE FLOOR DID NOT HELP...
