Hello, Ive am a current resident on the West side of the complex, I ve had several problems not with neighbors or anything, because we all just keep to ourselves BUT with the leasing office staff and the managers.
** I will describe a few instances***
1. on a Friday late evening/early saturday morning, one of my neighbors haD their music on really lOUd In the parking lot AND had people hanging around his car driNking and laughing...Well Someone reported it, The Notice was put on MY door basically saying that i was making too much noise which could result in an eviction. However when i went into the office, I was told that that the person that complained said it was a HISPANIC person and automatically thought it was ME...SO instead of investigating they racially profiled my family. Plus the manager on duty , her name is ------, was completly rude. " SHE INSISTED THAT A MAINTENANCE MANAGER ON DUTY HAD SEEN A HISPANIC TENNANT AND AUTOMATICALLY ASSUMED IT WAS MY FAMILY AND I.....
2. My downstairs neighboor ( which was evicted and always has court orders on her door ) would always complained twice to the office that she didnt like when i walked inside MY apartment because she could hear me...She would even get upset when i would mop because she said she could hear everything...!!!!!!!
well i went AGAIN to the leasing office to speak with a manager. Right after i explained what was going on, the 1st thing out her mouth was "cute shoes"
HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! then proceded on telling me how noisy a two year old can be and that is probably why my neighboor was complaning..bla bla bla..then she said something like, "when i was in a downstairs apartment, my upstairs neighbor had kids that would wake up really early and i couldnt sleep in late..That was annoying.."
In my opinion..again, HOW RUDE!!!!!
3. THe water heater has broken 4 times since ive been here,,and NO ONE has bothered to inform anyone..one time it was FOR 2 days...and every time i called the office to inquire about it,,,, Again, rudeness no information....

I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT PLEASE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH A NICE AND COURTEOUS STAFF...DONT RENT HERE...

Maybe you need to learn how to spell first and realize not everyone wants to listen to your latino music at night and first thing on a Sat morning. Management has always been very nice and helpful to me even when I was having finanacial problems. They worked with me immediately. I definitely recommend living here.

LOL, WOW are you blind or were you too lazy to read their whole review? Half of the review is talking about how there was music playing that was NOT their's, but they were racially profiled and blamed just because the complaint was said the person was Hispanic. If you are going to be critical of someone, make sure you have your facts straight first. Otherwise, you are going to look like an idiot. The first review is correct. The apartment conditions are horrible and there are much better places to live.
