This month I lost my job. I immediately went to the Resident Services office and told them my situation. The manager Amy was so helpful and friendly. I realized ahead of time that I would have fees but she let me pay them off in a small time frame. I have dealt with her many other times and she is always so happy and friendly. The other girls in the office are the same way each time I go in. I renewed my lease this month too becuase of there caring attitude.

Maintenance is amazing! I turned a workorder for AC and they were there fixing it in only 10 MINUTES!!!! I can't ask for better service. My apartment isn't perfect but what do you expect when you only pay $500/mo. I don't like how the water bill went up but its utilities....everyone uses it.

I definitely recommend living here! These people complaining are the ones that don't care where they live and obviously are the ones causing the problems. Management probably just wants to get rid of the "rif raf" wouldn't you'

I only have the small one bedroom. You probably have something bigger. All I can say is that they always take care of me and they are always so helpful and friendly.

Well Amy left...there is this new manager now. I have been in twice this month and she has had her door closed both times. Shouldn't managers especially if they are new want to meet and greet their residents? At least the other gilrs are still here. Well turned in a work order to replace my filter, Cgris is a really nice maint guy and they still came the same day!
