Where to start... First off the roaches in this community are absolute monsters. These are the biggest ones i have ever seen. To make matters worse the extremely high vaulted ceilings is where you often see then and cannot reach them with even a long broom. For instance while sleeping one night one i suppose tried to fly across my bedroom and got in the ceiling fan which caused it to hit me right in the head. I am absolutly serious about this occurance. Also the utility payments are very high. Absolutly no insulation and upstairs gets over 90 degrees in the summer with the AC going. (expect $320 utility bills in the summer)Also a friend had her electricity turned off due to non payent and guess what - the outside parking lot lights went out. See why the bills are so high. management is non responsive to tenents requests such as when I realized that a floor was caving in from prior unrepaired water leaks. The desk upstairs had to be leveled 1 inch away from the wall - cracks in the walls below this room testified to the damage. Of course it was "inspected" and i was told not a problem. There is more but i will wrap up with the charges against me when i moved out and deposit not given back. Of course when i presented my move out video camera as evidence that this was bogus they promptly changed there minds and gave me all my money back. Please consider wisely in moving here.
