this place is a joke. problems began the day we moved in andhave caused us to break our lease to leave. first maintenence doesnt do their job our bathroom floor has been caving in for 6 months and the ceiling below is fallingon our child. office staff is not well informed of what they are doing and are often not in when u need to contact them. and we eventually had to inform thecity of garland code compliance to take care of this problem and once we involved them in our apt, the office staff began processing an eviction notice and demand for money. in our lease it statesif repairs are not made in a resonable amountof time and manner then they are in default of the agreement and we have the option to terminate the agreement. they mustthinkwe didnt read our lease and think we are just going to give them money. i think they should give us money back. this is not a good place to live if u have children there is no playground so they play in the parking lot, cars race through here since there are no speed bumps to stop them, one day i though my son had got ran over thank god he was in our driveway not 3 feet farther in the street. carol shaw is the most coniving,irresponsible liar in the world. never do business with her. and if she is not here u better bring a spanish translator with u because the asst leasing agent cant speak good/any english. this place may look nice but the units are not well insulated our utiliy bills have been $350-$400 per month with no a/c from the months of nov to march. we are leaving and hope u dont even come.

I feel sorry for you. Maybe if you should think about places for you kids to play before you rent. and you should never let them play in the parking lots. there are parks in the area.
