Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Good amount of space, with garage and carport and a quiet neighborhood, no issues with crime. BUT problem with roaches and ants. Work orders take awhile to be done, and problems with A/C unit. But even with the problems it's not a bad place to live.
