I lived here for a year and a half and never had a problem. I was a bachelor, living by myself and it was a perfect place for me. The rent was super cheap $370 the first year, then when I re-signed the lease it went up to $410, but still not bad. Commercial rate electricty was cheap, too. The average I paid was about 15 dollars a month. yes, 15 dollars a month for electricity!! Granted, I wasn't there a whole lot. Which is why I moved, I worked in downtown Dallas and all my activities were in Dallas. I got tired of the constant construction on I-30 and none of my friends ever came out because it was treacherous to get to. The apts. were older and not the most attractive from the outside, but the sq. footage was great, and the closet could have been another bedroom! Overall a very pleasant experience and apt. quiet, safe, and cheap. doesn't get much better. Too bad it was in Garland. One other thing, I never had to have anything fixed.. ever. in a year and a half. that's unheard of!
