We have had so many problems living here. Such as leaking windows, toilet and sink backups, a/c and heater not working properly, thefts due to insufficient lighting, and the list goes on and on. There have been occasions where we actually had a week or two go by without some mishap but not to often. It is true, you get what you pay for. The rent is cheap, and you do get commercial electric, but with this place being so old and so NOT insulated, you are paying to heat or to cool the outside. We now have to pay for water and trash pick up.You never really know exactly how much you use in water or electricity, it's just an estimated guess basically. With what you pay to live here, you could just live in a house without all the b.s. you get from the incompetent staff. If you don't care about your cars being broken into or don't care about your belongings getting destroyed by the leaks or whatever else, then this is the perfect place for you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please don't even attempt to live here!
