Don't expect to get your deposit back.

I moved into this apartment community with a double deposit. After numerous maintenance request and months later. Most of the issues with the apartment were taken care of. Ofcourse, I moved in I didn't receive my mailbox keys for weeks, doors wouldn't shut properly, the countertops were hidious, and I couldn't open the fridge more than 2 feet. After numerous reports about the tub stains and bad countertops, I was still charged back for all of the damages that were already present. When I confronted the manager about the issue, I was told they could not find my inventory move in sheet that listed everything. How convenient. Be sure if you move in and Gabe is still manager that you make sure to get a copy of your move in inventory with his signature on it. Later I found out that much of your deposit is going to pay for the crappy remodeling they are doing there.
