I've lived at Bay Island for over a year now. I moved in September 2007. With in a week I notified the management that there was a large leak in our roof. At the time I was pregnant and very concerned that I would be bringing my baby home to an unsafe environment. They said they'd patch it up and during the first quarter of 2008, they would replace the roof. Patching never worked... I called basically every month. Gabe makes up excuses or says he'll have someone come out and look at it. Its now November 2008 and after the roofs were supposedly replaced in late July/ early August, the roof leaks probably worse than it EVER has. I'll try to call Gabe... but he never returns my phone calls. When I go down to the office to drop off a check or put money on my laundry card, they are always closed. Although I've never had issues with noise or parking. My neighbors all seem to be pretty nice. It is just the management and their lack of concern or motivation to help their tenants. As soon as we find a place that will not screw us over as we are at Bay Island, we will be moving.

Girl i know how you feel we just recently moved out of there. Due to BAD management and a leaking roof in my four year olds room. LOL that man is a joke and needs to be fired. We are now happier than ever at our new residence if your interested in that info let me know kcross720@yahoo.com
