Very bad apartments. THE WORST managers I have ever seen. Gabe never does anything asked of. If you ask Deanna she has no clue what is going on. Stuff never gets fixed, or it takes FOREVER (about 6 months or more). The biggest and the most disgusting roaches I have ever seen in my life. They never go away no matter what you do. I suggest that if you do want to live here come at night and look at the walls of the apartments. You will see a lot of roaches on the walls. The are very big and they are everywhere. They will come into your apartment and stay! What makes it worse is that their large doors are not properly sealed. Not only they do not close all the way, but they let the roaches in and the cold air out. This could hurt your wallet.(electricity bills) The pool is never open. So don't even count on that. Gabe will avoid you as much as possible. Pay more money and live somewhere else!!!! Never sign a year lease! You will regret!!!!
