Ok, you drive by the apartments and they seem so lovely, right' Ok, be prepared for cookie-cutter management. These people everything in terms of black and white it's ridiclous. First, they're located smack in the middle of piss poor apartments, in a neighborhood that is deteriorating, their prices are actually rather decent until you try to actually get approved to live there; if you haven't paid on your montly magazine subscription, watch out, your not approved, etc. Their management dosen't seem to really know what the heck is going on and when you speak with their superiors, they are also unable to help anyone on a good level. Who the heck is running this place'' Their prices are decent and the apartments look fabulous, but if you want to know the truth, hang out by the pool for a while and just observe. Also, try to get into the 'security gates', um, not a problem. And lastly, the way the apartments were built, make sure you have maximum car insurance because when you try to pull out of the apartment complex, the cars flying by at 50 miles per hour will kill you. Bad planning when they made the only way to get out on a curve on a street. Also, look at the security gates, people climb over them so easily and in such an unsafe neighborhood, be careful!
I'd say no, there's many more high quality apartments for a good price that are safer and managed better than The Belmont seem to be.
