Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
These apartments look great on the outside. Beautiful entrance and well known for being the newer apartments. However, they are poorly built. The carpet is impossible to clean, cheap appliances, and signs of water damage.
Rent is also higher than surrounding apartments.
My main complaint is the lack of freedom in choice of services. Only DirectTV is allowed at $55 for basic service, Verizon with DSL costs almost $80 with basic phone... This is understandable in most apartments, but was not fully explained that other services were not permitted even when expense is paid by tenant.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST - Turn around in these apartments is amazing...i have lived here 1 year and have had at least 5 different sets of neighbors...you cannot drive through the complex without seeing at least 2 or 3 moving trucks a week. Thats should say something.
