Not for me or anyone I can think of...

I lived at The Belmont for 1 year. The prices are higher than the other surrounding apartments, which is understandable considering the rest are completely run down. The neighborhood is horrible...my boyfriend and his friend went down to work out at the on-site gym (with about three pieces of equipment), and two guys tried to "jump" them! Anyone can get through those gates. My sixteen year old sister came to my apartment to visit and parked under the covered parking (that was NOT marked letting vistors know that it is assigned parking and if you park there without a pass your car will be towed). Well, her car was towed (since the manager liked to park in this unassigned parking spot...she had a garage...when it was raining, and it was raining that night, I can't help but wonder who might have called a tow truck). I am an attorney and told the office of their obligation to post a warning stating that any car that is not authorized to park in covered parking will be towed (the manager had no right, by law, to have the vehicle towed). They did NOTHING. It was only $75 to get her car out (not enough worth suing for), but that is a lot to a 16 year old. Electricity never working right, and my bills were outrageous. If you needed something from maintenance expect a two to three day wait. Excuse the length, but the apartment complex has so many things that they need to improve on! Good luck, if you choose to live here.
