The only thing I don't like is having to pay for covered parking - otherwise, I LOVE it here! I especially like the high ceilings, large windows and ample storage space. The lighting fixtures could be of higher quality but the appliances are great. The floorplan is well laid out and the hallways are wide and airy. Going from a 4 bedroom house to an apt - I was apprehensive and afraid I would feel 'closed in' but the apt. feels more like a house than an apt. And I love being across the street from the DART station and taking the Express bus downtown to work. A real money and time saver. No wonder this complex has a waiting list.
