This is my now the four apartment that I have lived in and I would say that it is the best (in the Garland area), that you'll find. By no means does it compare to upscale places in Plano, or Southlake, but all in all this is a well kept and very nice apartment complex. The grounds are nice, sometimes early in the morning when I leave for work there is some trash that the road side pick up as not reached yet. However the trash is never there when I get home. The pool/workout area are small but nicely done, and the overall place looks good 90% of the time. The apartments themselves are well kept and look nice upon move in, the maintenance crew is fast to fix most anything by that evening or the next day. All fixtures, appliances, and switches work just fine and look well kept. The noise level is minimal for me (2nd floor of three) but I have had one complaint of myself being to loud for my downstairs neighbors. Besides the very rare occasion when my upstairs neighbors drop something, I hardly know they're there and it's never been enough to complain. There is lots of parking (covered, uncovered, garage) so there are no complaints there and as for the staff, Connie will be more than willing to help with any and everything you need! So all in all I would say this is an excellent apartment (for the area) and if you need to make Garland your home try here first, its worth the extra money!
