WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE

I've lived in the Boulders since Dec '99 and love it! I've transfered from a two bed-room to a three bedroom and they waived the transfer fee.
They know they're tenants and the management is wonderful! I feel secure in these apartments and since I've lived there my rent has only gone up once and last year actually decreased $20.00!
It's very clean and well kept up. I was disappointed when they removed the bar-b-que grill but if it was causing an unsightly mess then "POOF" be gone! When you call maintence [even after hours] the turn around is phenominal! I give this community 5 Stars! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
