The Mgmt. at the Boulders has made some efforts to improve things at the community. They have improved their turn around time on maintenance requests. You are not *allowed* to repair things yourself.

Buildings could use washing, repainting and some rain gutters. Grounds are kept relatively clean of litter. Sometimes hard for tenants to get covered parking. They say they will tow non-residents under covered, but don't.

Sure wish they could do something about the ants. Access gates work fine. Not sure about fees for late payments, since we pay on time. They also do call and let you know when you receive a package.

Lots of turnover lately, so rates must be rising. Neighbors all seem pretty quiet. Never had a problem with them.
