PLease do not settle here!! It is too trashy for decent people who they do not appreciate. I moved from another complex where i lived 13 years due to a noise problem the manager could not get control of. I was assured this was nice quiet living and noise was not tolerated. I lived here for 3 months and that was all I could take. The tenant above me stayed up all night slamming, banging and you name it while I had to get up and go to work the next day. I did not have one single nights rest the entire 3 months I lived here. I complained numerous times in writing and not one single thing was done.
I feel like I have lived hell on earth in this complex. I now have health problems, my hair is falling out etc due to all the stress. Do not let the looks of the complex fool you into thinking this is a nice place like I did. What goes on inside is another story. The walls are paper thin and the manager told me later she got lots of complaints from the ground floor tenants for noise above them. Tells you something about management huh! This was not told to me before i moved here, quiet the contrary. The first week I lived here police was swarming due to a street fight with about 25 of them. The next night, the K-9's were brought in and so on and so on. Thugs hanging out in the parking lot, on the stairwell etc. This is a sight for sore eyes!! The security gates are a joke. They charge you 25.00 for the card to get in, but believe me, no problem getting in. Anyone that wants in can get in. The riff raff is on the INSIDE, not out. Also, there are people here that know the code to the gate and never use their cards, while the honest ones are taken advantave of. They lied and took all the money I had to move here. The walls and the carpeting are another story. I did not get to see the apt I was moving into until the night before and too late to back out. thought it would be nice-HA! All I can say is you better keeping on trucking!! Also, I paid 625.00 for rent, but they base EVERYTHING ON $670.00-GO FIGURE. I was released from my lease agreement and I urge anyone living there now to complain compain complain to corporate. It's the only way out of hell!!
