The noise is horrible.
Nothing is ever done about anything.
The manager doesn't do anything about ANY complaints.
People do drug deals in the parking lot all night.
I think one of my neighbors are making drugs because the stink is horrible.
The boards between my ceiling and my upstairs neighbors apartment are squeeky and it sounds like the ceiling is going to come down when she walks.
The management is two-faced.
They let one person do one thing, and tell someone else an entirely different story.
They gave me 3 different stories about the lease special they had when I moved it.
Should have known better then.
There are people who use there grills under the covered parking, on patios/balconies and right outside the front door.
There are racoons everywhere, and yes rats!Parking is horrible!!!!

You can't really control racoons, thats not an apartment issue. I live here, on the bottom floor and not seen one rat. I always get a covered parking spot and I usually get come home daily at 8:00. When I moved in the first mo. was free as well as water, and that was something that was upheld. I live in a 2 bedroom and my apt does not have a balcony, only a porch. So if I need to BBQ, I will do it in the comfort of my porch. I have NOT seen anyone doing it in the parking lot. I'm a 23 yr old female with a boyfriend in law enforcement who visits frequently, he and I are very aware of our surroundings and we have not seen any suspicious behaviors or activies. Sounds like someone is very picky.
