Coming from someone who lived in N. Dallas before. It was nice to live somewhere and feel safe. The first thing I noticed was that the gate was actually closed, we had to buzz the office to get in. I'm a 23 yr old female with a female roomate and this was the first thing that caught our attention. (safety). I like the area alot, we live walking distane to either alberson's or walmart. Hwy 30 and 635 are very close also, so there is access everywhere! Heather in the office is awesome, she is the one who signed us on. When we asked about pricing she gave us a flat rate, she didn't throw in the "...and prices are subject to change daily.." crap you are used to hearing. So we asked, Is it always this price and she told us it was. Its is very reasonable for all that you get. We got 1st floor and it was cheaper cause we didn't get a fireplace with the apt, (2nd and 3rd get fireplaces). The only issue that I had were a few earwigs and spiders, thats common in the spring (may) anyway. We turned in our written maintance request and she opened it right there in front of us and wished us a good day. We left to work and came back and had a notice on our stove letting us know that the apt had been sprayed. This was SAME day service! And I still have not seen another bug to this day! I think it was so great that the maintance crew got right on it!! The apartments are quiet and well maintained, you don't see kids in the streets or loud music. Over all, I'm very happy with our apartment, its the perfect room-mate floor plan and very spacious. We are enjoy living in our clean, well maintained, safe and quiet apartment!!! I def. will tell others about The Boulders!

You can pretty much choose any provider you want b/c of the area of the city that they are located in. We went with reliant our bill was about 119.00 this mo., we live in a 2 bdrm. We leave the a/c at about 74 degrees and both leave our laptops on during the day. We don't have a washer or dryer so I guuess it evens itself out.
