I see these older reviews on here from 2008 and think OMG this is not the complex I live in! Actually it is the complex I live in and these comments are WRONG!! Maybe this is what it was like back in 2008, but there is a completely new management and maintenance staff and they have worked wonders on this complex. Redoing apartments and making certain tenants are happy living here. I have not had any issues since I have signed a lease here and have referred this complex to several friends. It is very nicely priced for the space you get! Convenient to bus lines, recreation center, ball field and there is a park in the complex with playground equipment. The kids are always playing soccer or running around playing. These reviews bother me, I am a mother and my son loves the new friends he has made here.
Do not judge the complex on the old reviews - they are just not correct any longer! If they were I certainly would not be living here with my son.

well i lived there in 2008/2009 and when i moved in i had a 4 year old little boy and a 10 month old little boy and the 10 month old was born 3 months premature just keep that in mind he stayed in the hospital for 4 months and only weighed 2 pounds at birth well any ways the day i moved in the air wasnt working but the monager said that she will have someone out the very next day to fix it will they would fix it it would work about 4 days out of the week and the other 3 was very hot...i started noticeing that there was a smell in there that i could not get out no matter what i did well they finnaly came and cleaned the carpets again thinking that with the air not working that it caused the carpet to smell well it didnt work well this was in may of 08 and by auguest of 08 my son was 13 months old an average 6 month old well he was put in childrens medical center for a week in icu because he could not breath well we call in to the people over the manager of the apts and they found black mold and the docotors said that is what caused him to get sick well the managment told us we couldnt go back in to the apartment they would not even help us find some where else to go we are not rich by anymeans or we would not have been living there in the first place and thye would not replace any of our stuff that the mold hsd mest up and then tey expected us to continue pay rent as well so no i would not recommend any o0ne living there unless they tear the whole place down and rebuild because its not easy to get black mold out of stuff
