The best thing about these apartments is their maintenace, top notch, since Ive been here they have been out standing. I wish I could say that about the rest of the office managment. I should have done my research before I moved here but now I'm locked into a lease and a real mess.

Well they have certainly "downgraded" the quality of residents they allow to rent here as well.It was a nice little quite out of the way complex two years ago now they let any ----, wanna be ------------------- with a stereo and rims live there and they do nothing about the noise outside at 4 am, i repeat NOTHING! What a crappy complex...

i actually really enjoy living here. i have noticed that the setion of units that we live in are better maintained since we are directly behind the office. everyone is pretty quiet. i like the covered parking (even though my neighbor cant park her monstrosity of a vehicle to save her life). the apartment is pretty nice looking and rent is low for the size. we love living here.
