I have suffered at this hell hole for two and a half years, and can honestly say I will never enjoy moving more than I will from this place. The office staff is good but the manager is shady. I've seen many move in who certainly cannot pass a criminal background and have heard from another tenant she waived leasing fees because "she liked him."
Not to mention I've seen the forensics van on three occasions, witnessed three obese couples fornicating on their balcony, been chased by a hooded man in the bushes (saved only by the grace of my large dog), had another man threaten to kill me because I asked him to stop blowing his car horn at midnight while my baby slept, and the myriad of other issues. And did I mention tenants leaving 45 cats in an apartment' 25 lived, from what I heard.
Run folks! Head for the hills!
