This was my first apartment and it was awful! The manager had her son working as the maintenence man and he didn't know what he was doing. We went half the summer with no a/c because her son couldn't figure out how to fix the thing. My brother in law, who was 14 at the time, fixed it for us! And our hot water was messed up for 2 months before she finally came out and looked at it - and only then because we threatened to contact her superiors. Mysterious charges were always showing up, too. If we paid a day lat, she'd file eviction then stack on all sorts of extra charges that never made any sense. Even when we paid on time we were still told we owed extra money for all sorts of mysterious things. We never fully understood what we were paying for. The grounds are hideous. The pool was ugly and green and my sisters in law and I saw some creature, a snake I'm sure, swimming around in there. It was finally filled up, by throwing on a huge mound of dirt. Grass was overgrown and rarely cut. Stray cats were always wandering around the complex, too.
This is an awful place managed by an irresponsible person and I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live here.
