I lived in Centerville Pointe for 5 years, and the past 3 have been horriffic! I never NEVER got a copy of the lease that I signed two years ago even though I asked for it four times. I have no way to use the pool or fitness center. The main office is getting burned down or robbed. In fact, in 2002 it was burned down and it took almost 2 YEARS to get it fixed because the damn place was NOT insured and the construction company just left the job 1/4 of the way through. When an apartment was burned in 2004, it took a year to fix it up. What's up with that' Why does it take so long''

The kids in the lot are rude and think they own the place, gunshots have been heard a couple of times, drug dealers are having a ball, and Garland Police have been here an average of 8 times a week!

This place is NOT a place to bring your kids. If you're a druggie, a -----, an escaped convict or even ----- himself - you're welcome here. Other decent law-abiding citizens stay out!

The 1 year that I lived at Centerville Pointe, I had no problems due to the fact that If I was not at work I was inside of my apartment minind my own business. You should try doing the same! I paid full rent, and nevr had problems with management trying to steal my money. I guess they know the real suckers. hint hint
