I have just read all of the past reviews and they are all lies. I have been there since 10/18/2004 and I have yet to see the lies the crapheads are saying. Most of the problems we have are parents not willing to watch their bad a-- kids. Parents need to watch their kids to have some type of peace where we live at. Management has all the right rules in place, we has residents need to do our part. Yes they have onsite after hour patrol, I was issued a ticket for loud music. Watch out for him. He is mean as hell and looks for reasons to pull you over.
