The previous post is quite accurate. There are kids running wild in the complex at all times, most days even past dark. We have frequently witnessed search helicopters flying overhead, and emergency vehicles driving by. It's bad enough the local Chinese restaurant wont deliver past 5pm. Management apparently changes often, and uses papers clipped to your door for important notifications but does not bother provide any subsequent notice before taking action. When in the wrong they will blame it all on the notice you obviously never received, and offer no opportunity for amends. They are apparently affiliated with a towing company called United Towing LLC that will swoop in and take your vehicle with no notification that it can or will happen from the office or towing company even if you are sitting in your apartment no more than 7 steps away. You or your guest who happens to be parked in these un-labeled "assigned" parking spots will have to pay $235 to get your vehicle back. No doubt the complex gets some portion of these towing fees. Oh and watch out for the remnants of eggshells in front of the office as there is frequent egging. Unlike the last posting, I have witnessed the new "armed" security in a beat up late 80s early 90s blue Isuzu Rodeo with no labels on it. The only way to tell it was security was the orange/yellow plugs into a cigarette lighter security light on top.
