As an ex-resident, who by the way always paid rent on time and was never cited for any problems. The property is in poor shape mainly interiors. The managment did paint the exterior not too long ago, but the colors choosen were so god awful and drab that it made you depressed! The manager was the meanest, grippest old thing I had ever seen in my life. I can not tell you how many times I walked in and caught her yelling at her staff." NOT PROFESSIONAL" The maintenace really was poor. The quality of work was poor and just usually a bandaid fix. The appearce of the maintenace staff was scarey- greasy hair dirty clothes. Crime in the area is bad. Cars stolen, breakin's... just a total decline of the whole area, not just the property itself. Rents are low and that is good.. but you get what you pay for!
