Please, for your own safety don't live here. We lived here for 6 months & could put up with things constantly breaking, the roof leaving, & the very rude & uncivilized neighbors. But the final straw came a few days ago. Around 8:45 one night my boyfriend (who lives there with me) walked out to get something our of his car. It was only about 30 feet from the door. Two men walked up behind him & pulled a gun & demanded his wallet. Then they basically kidnapped him & made him walk down the lot saying they were going to shoot him & kept the gun pointed at the back of his head. Finally they told him to run away so he got back unharmed & nothing was stolen. We called the police then called the Apartment's (now called the Arts Apartments) emergency line. The lady told us she would send someone but noone ever came. And the office people didn't even know what had happened till we told them. We immediately decided to move out. Legally the apartment isn't responsible for our safety but they make no attempt to provide any security. I've seen many suspect people who shouldn't be there constantly walking around in the parking lots & the clubhouse. Its not worth it, please don't live there.
