Actually I WAS impressed with the landscaping and how pretty it seemed. But come to find out I could make too much to live here was a SHOCK. They actually told me 30% of the property is section 8. This is goverment housing. Keeping out good people by not letting you in if you make too much is a shame. Model is what they show---- WHY am I going to live in the model'' I want to see my actual home. Make sure you see the unit before you lease. I guess if you are down and out this may be the place for you. To get such a large home at this price I should of known.
