The staff are two faced and just plain rude. When you go to look at the apartment they act real nice. But, when you end up living here you see the other side of them. They give you notices to do apartment inspections the day before they enter your apartment when they should at least give 7 day notice. They lose your information and claim that you NEVER gave it to them. And when it comes to you complaining about fixtures or parking problems it either gets done days after your request or they never do it at all.
Roaches are an issue as well. Found three mices in our apartment and had to kill them ourselves because they wouldn't handle it themselves.
You have guests in residents parking ALL the time. They say they have a security patroling at night but only have seen them once in awhile and they do not enforce any of the parking violations I have seen. They have a section for guests but I never see anyone parking there.
At first it was a great place but later we saw the true colors of Country Creek.
The staff should treat us residents with respect and deal with the issues on this property with out question. I feel as if we are prisoners being questioned and it seems it is all about the money.
They are on it when rent is late. But, when it comes to neighbor disturbances or parking issues it is over looked. They need to do there job better and quit moving in people who cause disturbances and allow there guestd to park where ever they want. Not only that but when a staff see's you they should say HELLO instead of ignoring you.
I give this place a two thumbs down. It looks good on the outside but the inside it really is a fairytale.
