I will be honest. You get what you pay for. If the rent is cheap, then you will probably have a lot of problems. They definitely have a pest problem. Roaches are everywhere! It is very disgusting. The neighbors are very noisy. I have a strong suspicion that a lot of the --------- that live here are illegal, as most of them exceed the occupancy standards as defined in the lease. I have had numerous complaints about maintenance and pest problems. All, except for one, were taken care of in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. As for management, the manger is very apathetic. But after listening to complaints (some frivolous and some not) all day, you might develop apathy as well. There is one girl Laura, who is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. If you are not Hispanic, then she will be rude to you. Besides that, if you are on a budget, this is not a terrible place to live. It??s neither good nor bad, somewhere in the middle. I would definitely shop around though before choosing Country Creek.
