I would never live there again

If you're moving to the Hills of Palos Verdes, thinking you will get $100 from Rent.com, keep looking. The manager lied to us. On more than one occasion we asked for copies of our leases and applications and she promised to send both, but none were ever sent. In checking with Rent.com, they said management said I did not qualify as I moved there because my fiance lived there. I could have moved anywhere, but found the apartment on Rent.com. It's just a cheap way to get out of paying.
