To beginwith, nothing ever gets fixed without at least 3 written requests and you might still need to take the day off from work to make sure it gets done. My disposal was clogged and I had to ask 4 times for it to be fixed. After the 4th request, I came home to a work order left on my dining table and it still didn't work! This became the norm and months later when I moved I still couldn't use it. To top everything else, the apartment manager had maintenance steal the televisions from my living room and my son's bedroom. Who would steal from a 4-year old' I hired movers that never showed up because the couldn't find the place so it took and extra week to move out. I notified the manager and she told me that she had alreasy rented my apartment to someone else! Then on moving day I packed everything into the truck and unloaded at the storage only to find out that both TVs were missing. Aftr contacting the apartment to find out what happened, I got the shock of a lifetime. The manager stated that she didn't take the TVs but "she could have if she wanted to". The nerve!!!! She proceeded to give me increminating details about my apartment that only the culprit would know and even told me that even though the door was deadbolt was locked with the key from the outside anyone could have unlocked the door and locked it back without having the key. Now, why would a theif be so courteous' They refuse to take my calls and even sent me a bill for almost $800 (with no explination of the charges) three months AFTER I moved out. If I were you, I would run away from The Hills as fast as I could, they are a nightmare.
