OK people if you love arabs and trashy People this is were u wnna go. This Place Charges High Ass rent and then charges for everything they can. They charge u to clean up the parking lot they charge u for carpet change.There maintnance thretens people. He thinks he the big sh#$ because hes black. Im not prejudist but he is just down right mean. If you do chose to live here you could be robbed any day any time. The criminals dont care if your home or not they want your ---- there comin in. The so called repair guys come in to do repairs when u complain.Yes they do but they dont realy fix the problems they just throw a board at it and hope it works. I hope u can live here with all the damn raoches and smells. These things never go away.With all the illegal residance here its hard to say wich apt it comes from but some people even have to push the trash away from there doors to get out the house. i have seen it its nasty. One apt has 8 people livin in it and its only a two bedroom apt. How is that possible u ask. Wel i dont know. The lawn crews make lotsa racket every day and really piss me off. If your inspection is even a week out of date they tow your car off. I thought that it was illegal unless you went passed the month on your sticker but no they can tow it that month cause they do and get away with it. They Hire crackhead staff all of witch smoke then blame the ciggaret problem on the residance. Ahh Now for the Manager two faced lyin stacy. Well Lets just say they aint he best with anybodys rent or deposites. They lost My rent check every single time a placed it in the night drop wich is just a hole in the wall.Anybody could stick a coat hanger down there and grab it. They charge late fees early but that doesnt matter cause if you pay your rent on time they might still loose it any ways. And still charge you late fees. One time they had a temp lady in there and she wouldnt write out or print any reciepts and then my money order was lost and i had to get another one made double rent so to speak. When i tried to cancel the money order i was told no by the bank its already been cashed.hmm look like managment had i little party or what'' Well the condition aint to bad if you dont mind having your doors broken to were they wont close. Thats rigth can tclose your doors bathroom doors closet doors all these things break and cant seem to saty fixed.hmmmm
